Shipping policy

Order processing time: As our products are made to order, your order will ship within 15 business days. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

 

Make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and your delivery address is safe as we will not refund any orders that had been marked as delivered by the tracking number. 

 

We are not responsible for any error on your part on shipping address. Once the item has shipped it is out of our power and your responsibility. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Buyers are responsible to ensure that the products are legal in the country being shipped. We are not responsible for packages intercepted by customs from country who prohibits such items.

Please make sure you get your package to secure location or ask for signature required. We are not responsible of lost/stolen/misplaced packages once the tracking number says delivered..

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has shipped. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at elementaltoys@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
